Packaging Options
You can order your puzzle, disassembled in a box, as an option. The photo of your puzzle is printed on the box

Frequently Ask Questions
It takes between 1-10 business days to fully complete your project, but more days may be needed if you want a fully customized project. Our schedule and the time of year may affect the duration as well. Puzzles are very popular as Christmas gifts, so be sure to order before December 1st to ensure timely delivery.
Depending on your address, it can take anywhere from 3 days to 1 month to receive your package. Puzzles ship free to Canada and the continental United States only.
We have a 30 day return policy from the day the print is received for any issues that are not within the control of, Vistart Enterprises or one of its production partners like Pictorem.
