Because all our products are handmade here in Canada and North America. Our paper comes from the United States and Germany. We use the best printers on the market to print our products as well. All orders are evaluated by a graphic designer before printing to ensure that the final rendering will meet your expectations.
Please first select your model. Then, on the product page, you can select your size and paper type. You can then upload your photo to our system and fill in the boxes with the information you want to appear on your print. We offer 3 types of paper: Matte, Satin, and Glossy.
We have a 30 day return policy from the day the print is received for any issues that are not within the control of, Vistart Enterprises or one of its production partners like Pictorem. It takes between 1-10 business days to fully complete your project, but more days may be needed if you want a fully customized project. Our schedule and the time of year may affect the duration as well.
Depending on your address, it can take anywhere from 3 days to 1 month to receive your package. We ship to Canada and Continental USA. We can ship internationally, but only rolled prints. Please read our Shipping policy HERE
